Looking for a competitive co-ed 4v4 league? You found it.

The average level of players should be BB or higher. Teams should have the ability to bump, set and spike the ball, leading to fun competitive play. This is not your typical beer league, but it is not extremely compeitive either. Teams can have subs, but there must be 2 guys and 2 girls on the court.

Wednesday Nights 7 week league, 18 and over. $125 (tax included) no additional fees.

Session 2 starts June 30th. Sign up for Session 2 today to lock in the whole season.

(contact)		 A Male I am a left handed player. I am a decent hitter. I am comfortable hitting from either side of the court. I am also a good dinker and good at pushing the ball to open spots on the opposing court. I am a very consistent over-hand server. I have about 5 years indoor and outdoor volleyball experience. I am a very good setter, and a fairly good bumper. I have also practiced and trained at the Des Moines Coed Volleyball Club so I am used to rotating if needed. (contact)		 A Female I am an ex-collegate indoor player. I normally played all the way around, as an OH/DS. I have played all positions in my career. In my last co-ed team I was setter in a 5-1 because I was the shortest one at 5'10". I haven't played much beach so I might be slow in the sand...but I know the game like the back of my hand.
