This is a mix and match for all varieties of 4v4. Teams of Men, Women or Both may participate. Teams will be split into two levels. Competitive and Intermediate. Please specify the type of team when registering in the comments.

Competitive teams will have a good setter and a couple players that can put up a good block and hit the ball down.

Intermediate teams will have the ability to control the ball with three hits using a bump, set and spike, leading to fun competitive play.
