Coaching Philosophy:
Be active in supporting, encouraging and instructing every athlete with the goal of developing great players and great people. Design programs to ensure athletes enjoy their time learning volleyball while building friendships and improving their skills. "The game teaches the game", kids learn by doing, not by watching. Therefore, programs should contain brief instruction followed by games designed to develop skills.

Rob is also an active indoor and outdoor volleybal player.

Private Lessons

Specific development and 1-on-1 focused training. Call 515-240-2311 to set up a private lesson.

1 Hour 1 Participant - $40 for 1 hour of training (tax included)
1 Hour 2 Participants - $60 for 1 hour of training (tax included)
1 Hour 4 Participants - $100 for 1 hour of training (tax included)

Partner of the Iowa Volleyball Region

Elite Beach works in association with the Iowa Volleyball Region to ensure the best outdoor experience for young athletes. The Iowa Volleyball Region and Elite Beach attempt schedule summer events with minimum overlap so that junior players can compete in as many as possible. On top of this, we ensure all Elite Beach coaches are IMPACT certified by the Iowa Volleyball Region and background checks have been performed. We look forward to working with the Iowa Volleyball Region in building a great outdoor (and indoor) volleyball community in Iowa.
