| League No Show Policy |
|
If a team does not show up for league without notifying the team they are to play (or Elite Beach), they will be removed from the league schedule. This may sound harsh, but it is very simple and courteous to contact a team to let them know you will not be able to make your match. Please try to contact teams at least one hour before the match is scheduled.
Players can easliy contact one another via email by using the link above the online league schedule labled "contact a team". This link provides the list of teams in the league with a contact form for each. Make sure to tell the team you are unable to make your match and try to set up a time to reschedule. MOST IMPORTANT, make sure to ask them to confirm they got the message by replying back to you. If you do not get a response, simply call Elite Beach (515-240-2311) and we will either provide you with a phone number or contact the team for you.

| Refunds and Cancellations |
|
If Elite Beach cancels an event due to weather, or any other reason, participants will be credited or refunded their entry fee. If a teams that has signed up and paid for an event decides to drop, they must do so one week (or more) before the event to receive a refund. This does not include leagues. |

| Waiver is Required |
|
| A waiver is required for all participants at Elite Beach. If you register online, you have already agreed to a waiver. If you are on a team please print out a waiver and bring it in on your first day. |

| Sportsmanship |
|
| Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. The offender will receive a warning, after that they will be asked to leave with a 15 day suspension. The court manager will make their own judgment call on offenders. |
